Reporting to the Director of Growth, the General Manager, Marketplace will be an integral part of the Marketplace team. You'll be with a highly skilled team working on driving member engagement and be at the center of an emerging market.

What you’ll do:

Turn the League Marketplace into a high-performing B2C e-commerce engine that creates and delivers a winning experience for our members
Drive overall Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) Marketplace KPIs
Own and manage the Marketplace P&L
Be the go-to relationship manager with all current and future Marketplace partners
Build a funnel of curated, on-brand partnerships to bring onto the League Marketplace
Seek and develop new growth opportunities within existing Marketplace partnerships
Work with our Member Marketing team to create personalized consumer journeys that drive engagement and repeat purchase behaviour
Continuously manage the active Marketplace assortment to ensure every vendor is providing real value for our members (and contributing to share of wallet)
Survey both current and non-League members to understand their perception of the Marketplace and the type of assortment they find valuable
Work closely with the Marketplace Product Team to create a roadmap for the relaunch of the Marketplace user experience
Leverage our internal data team to build daily and monthly KPI dashboards to inform the team’s decisions and roadmap

What we hope you bring to the table:

5+ years e-commerce experience required
Experience working in a B2C environment (B2B2C a plus)
Proven experience managing P&L for Marketplace business unit
Proven track record building and managing high-value relationships
Savvy in digital marketing and conversion best-practices, including experience building personalized user journeys
A strong background analyzing and making decisions using B2C data
Extreme resourcefulness
Demonstrated ability achieving lofty goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
